I don’t keep up with the anime :( I know there was a Team 8 centric episode a couple of weeks ago.

Gabz wait im so confused with Sasuke right now. Last point i stopped at with this series sasuke had gone off somewhere with Orochimaru. What happened? Why is he saying he wants to be hokage? How is that even possible for him at this point? It would be like someone becoming a known terrorist, killing tons of people and then announcing their plans to run for president of that country. Like, ???

After Sasuke told Naruto they were never ever getting back together and Naruto told him he’d convert him anyway because fuck you, he transplanted Itachi eyes cause he was going blind. Kabuto was killed by the Uchiha Wonder Bros. Zombietachi gave Sasuke a speech and then died. Sasuke thought reviving Orochimaru was a good idea, went with him, Juugo and Suigetsu to Konoha.

They used a scroll to bring the past Hokage as zombies so they could give Sasuke a lecture about the village and ~~honour~~ the ninja way. Turns out Tobirama was an asshole that really didn’t like the Uchiha because the clan has this thing about going loco if the people they love dies. Or something.

We got like ten chapters of flashback narrated by Hashirama where he explains how Madara and him ~~fell in love~~ created the village and blah blah. After the flashback Hashirama asked Sasuke what he wanted to do with his life cause I guess the news that Sasuke is King of the Revolving Door reached the Underworld. Sasuke remembered Itachi’s words and decided to protect Konoha from Zombiedara and Obito. Then Karin found them and jumped Sasuke.

And now he wants to be Hokage to change the system. I think.

What's wrong with the Eyeshield 21 anime? I only watched the first maybe five episodes before deciding to just read the manga, but the only negative things I remember about it are the bad animation and slow pacing. Does it change stuff later on?
